Entity Management (EM) provides an Administrative Settings page that allows administrator users to easily view the number of concurrent users in EM. The page also provides an option to cause all users to acknowledge the EM legal disclaimer text the next time they log in to the application.
How do I access the Administrative Settings function?

This function requires the System Administrator role.
EM allows an administrative user to view the number of concurrent users in EM and refresh the welcome page.
- Click the Administration option in the left navigation panel within EM.
- Click the Administrative Settings option from the dropdown menu displayed.
How do I refresh the welcome page?

This function requires the System Administrator role.
EM allows an administrative user to refresh the welcome page causing all users to acknowledge the EM legal disclaimer text the next time they log in to the application.
- Click the Refresh Welcome Page button.
- A representation of the screen presented to the users when logging in after the Welcome Page refresh is shown below. The actual message displayed on the screen is controlled by a system administrator within the client organization using the Language Administration function.
